Vendor Day

The Lake Sheen Reserve community holds an annual vendor community day, where qualified businesses can network with prospective homeowners to develop leads for current or future projects. This event has been held for over 20 years, has positive resident turnout, and is requested each year by the majority of homeowners to maintain and improve their properties.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9:00a-11:00a. Businesses that participate in the event may be eligible for any of the following:

  • Vendor space at the event (subject to availability)
  • Listing on the Lake Sheen Reserve website with business contact information, business profile, and services/products provided.
  • Listing in community email newsletters

All business applications are subject to review and approval by the Association. Recommendations from existing property owners may be considered in the review process. There is no cost to participate in the event and register as a vendor, but we do ask that you commit to being present for the entire time to make this a worthwhile event for our homeowners.
