The Association provides a framework and comprehensive set of standards to ensure that all properties maintain the consistency and quality of the development.
All exterior modifications or improvements on a property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before any construction or modification activity begins. An application to the ARC and review of the proposed change is required. The following is not an exhaustive list, but includes:
- Landscaping – planting or removal of landscaping materials, including hardscaping.
- Lawn Replacement – replacing substantial areas of sod or any type of turf.
- Exterior Painting – repainting, exterior walls, doors, garage doors, etc. with new or existing colors.
- Patios, Decks or Screen Enclosures – Patio areas, decks, or balconies; new or modifications to screen enclosure structures (other than replacement of screens with the same material)
- Exterior Lighting – new fixtures or modification of existing lighting locations.
- Fences – new fences, or modifications of existing fence installations.
- Flagpoles, Flag Displays- new flagpoles, replacement or modification of existing poles; flag displays attached to the house or freestanding.
- Exterior Structures – playhouses, gazebo, greenhouse, trellis, latticework, etc.; any structure not constructed at the time the home was built.
- Solar Panels, Generators – Electrical solar panels, electrical equipment, pool solar; whether attached to the structure or freestanding on the property.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, Spas – any new pool, hot tub, or spa installation or structural modification (not including repair or resurfacing of existing pools).
- Roof Replacement, Gutters – any roof replacement; installation or modification of gutter systems.
- Window and Door Replacement, Tinting – any replacement or modification of exterior windows or doors.
Repairs
Except as stated in the Architectural Planning Criteria, repairs of existing exterior improvements to the property may be performed without architectural review if the repair does not cause the improvement to appear significantly different (i.e., does not substantially modify the color, location, or size of the improvement ; is a like-kind repair or replacement of an improvement previously approved by the ARC.)

Architectural standards are stated in the Architectural Planning Criteria Document, and as amended by the Architectural Planning Criteria Amendments. Please refer to these documents below for specific planning criteria used by the Architectural Review Committee.
Architectural Review Committee Application for Review
Please submit ARC requests using this form. If you have multiple projects, submit a separate request for each type of modification. Work may not begin until written approval is received from the Architectural Review Committee. Please allow up to 15 business days (25 business days for variances) from the date your fully application and sample materials are received for review by the Committee. If there are questions regarding your application or project, the Committee will contact you. Incomplete applications or missing sample materials may result in disapproval of your request.
You will be notified in writing if the application is approved or disapproved.
