Parks
Two open air grass parks are located within Lake Sheen Reserve. One is located under the large Oak tree near the entrance of the community, offering shade and a seating area with a large field for kids to play sports on. The Second is located on the lake, with its one of a kind offering on the butler chain, a lake front park, with a deck space, a fire pit, private dock, and grills, no other community comes close to this. *^
Dock at Robson Park
Lake Sheen, which is part of the Butler Chain of Lakes in West Orlando, is a pristine aquatic resource that Lake Sheen Reserve residents can enjoy by the use of the private dock available during daylight hours. A short walking path from the main deck takes Lake Sheen Reserve residents to the private dock that can be used for fishing, recreation, temporary docking, and one of the best sunrise and rocket launch views in the greater Windermere area.*^
Homeowners must register their Boat with the HOA prior to docking. A boat may be left on the Dock for no longer than 7 days at a time, and must wait 7 days before it may be used again.
Boat Ramp
Lake Sheen Reserve provides a well maintained boat ramp for the use of Lake Sheen Reserve residents and their guests. Anyone using the boat ramp must be accompanied by a Lake Sheen Reserve resident. When using the boat ramp, please dispose of your trash.*^
The boat ramp is kept locked. A key is available for residents, residents must provide boat registration and insurance. Please do not use the boat ramp after 9:00 PM.*^
Storage may not occur at the boat ramp.
* Homeowners may use all facilities at their own risk and assume all responsibility for themselves and their accompanying guests.
^ Please do not feed the wild animals, as they may become accustomed to humans. We ask residents to also be vigilant for snakes and alligators.
