Dear Lake Sheen Reserve Homeowners,
At our last Quarterly Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a special assessment for the following; Main Entrance & Exit Gate Overhaul Project.
The Main Entrance & Exit Gate Overhaul Project will address improvements in the security and safety of our community. We have completed a competitive bidding process and met with many vendors willing to address our needs. Ultimately, the Board approved Envera Security’s Proposal.
Like all projects of this nature, there is an obvious cost. The total budget for this project is $62,000.00. A special assessment for these improvements will imposed upon each property to meet the anticipated expenses. The approximate per-property responsibility is $500.00.
